Food exchanges can be done to revise plans to meet your personal food preferences. Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By making exercising fun and changing up their routines keep clients from plateauing. Therefore constantly seeing better results than if they were doing it on their own. Providing meal plans and nutritional advice for clients that need additional help including weighing in and tracking calories.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The group of clients I worked with were needing my help! I fell in love with training clients right then and there and have since dedicated my career to studying, training and spending time being a fitness specialist.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and making a positive change in their lives. By creating a healthier lifestyle clients improve their chances of coming off medications for high blood pressure and diabetes. When you really love what you are doing which is providing a service that have ripple effects for life.
